Your Questions, Answered

The barn is on a private property in Delaware County. When you approach the driveway you will see a sign for Crumwald Farm. Pass the private farmhouse on your right and the barn is the second building.

How do I choose what offering is right for me?

Ask your body (or one of us!) what it needs most right now. Perhaps that is rest and restoration, in which case one of our more restful offerings, like Yoga Nidra, would be a fit. Perhaps it’s been awhile since you’ve stretched and the hips are tight, in which case our Vinyasa class might be helpful.

Whatever you choose, please don’t let cost be a barrier. We are open to payments on a sliding scale to accommodate all income levels. Your first class with us is complimentary.

Do I need prior yoga experience?

No. All classes are beginner-friendly and can be modified to your ability level. Please don’t let flexibility be a barrier - increasing flexibility is one of the benefits of yoga!

Yoga Nidra is a systematic, guided visualization, done almost entirely in stillness, lying on the back in a nest of comfortable props. It is an intentional rest with proven benefits for calming the nervous system.

What is Yoga Nidra?

Do you offer private or small group sessions?

Yes. Please contact us to discuss your individual needs.

Please bring a yoga mat and a reusable water bottle. We have few extra mats available to borrow. Yoga props will be provided.
