Yoga for grief & trauma
We are somatic practitioners who believe that grief and trauma live in the body - and scientific research agrees. We cannot solely talk our way through grief & trauma - it needs to be mobilized in some way.
Breathwork, meditation and yoga provide the tools to connect to the body, listen to it, and activate what might be stuck - unearthing stored grief and trauma in a safe & intentional way.
All of our somatic practitioners have been certified in trauma conscious work in their individual fields.
For personalized grief support or counseling please consider Komorebi Griefwork or Gloria Shepard.
